Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping timing depends on the carrier and demand of our product. Time will vary between 2 days and 2 weeks. Incorrect addresses put in by the customer will lead to delay. Tracking link will be sent via SMS by our provided shipping courier

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ahlam Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Ahlam Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Ahlam Clothing currently does not offer international shipping.
